To be honest , I had no idea that Obama was nominating the US Supreme Court Justice today. I was just watching TV and on it came. Unlike when Bush was in office, when Obama comes on TV , I drop everything I am doing and listen to his speeches because they are so impassioned. I must admit that I still get emotional.Today's speech was no different .As Obama introduce Sonia Sotomayor, who is now the first Latina Supreme Court Justice, He focused on her story. Sotomayor was raised in housing projects located in the South Bronx by her widow mother who held two jobs to support her family. The point of his speech? "No dream is beyond reach in the US of A."
