I double as a Freelance Fashion Stylist and an Administrative Assistant to one of New York City's oldest museums. As a research "buff" who's knack for putting together looks, outfit suggestions, where to shop, what to buy, finding perfect hang out spots and even providing those with an open mind my honest opinion, have graciously made me the Go-To-Girl amongst my peers.

The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek. Fear of the unknown is our greatest fear. Many of us would enter a tiger's lair before we would enter a dark cave. While caution is a useful instinct, we lose many opportunities and much of the adventure of life if we fail to support the curious explorer within us."

Took this photograph of me just now. I am in the park enjoying this beautiful day while I write this post. I feel like this is something to be thankful for. For years I was sitting at a desk in an office. One was my absolute favorite place to work at, there were others I was not too happy about. One thing they all had in common was that they only allowed me to enjoy nice weather like this only two days a week (on the weekend). The fact that I am sitting here under the sun shine and able to be productive brings a huge smile to my face.
I have had what I have always wanted this whole time and I came to this realization right now! I have the option of being anywhere I want to be and still be able to work towards my goals. I have always wanted this but never realized that I do have it until today. This is so crazy to me right now! It took me two years to realize that I have what I wanted in the palm of my hands and that I should take full advantage of it. I was so busy worrying about not having that stable 9-5 that I almost missed this blessing !
Wow! Life works in crazy ways. If you are not careful about what you spend your time thinking and worrying about , you can easily be blinded and miss out on enjoying something you actually asked for.

Taking things personally will not help you make your dreams comes true. As I said last week, if you come from a place of fullness, more fullness will be given to you. So, know that when you produce results that do not match your expectations, do not call it rejection or failure and then create some silly sob story about yourself. Just be full, learn your lessons and know that the perfect person and outcome is on the way. A delay is not a denial, my friend, and a shorterm "no" does not mean a final "no".

Last Saturday I had the pleasure of taking part of The Ladies Love Project Pop Up Shop hosted by Patty Dukes and Too Fly. The event was amazing ! The ladies really did a great job ! I was in shock (in a good way) at the amount of people coming up to my booth already knowing about my brand, excited to see the pieces and to meet me in person. I am so grateful for the following and support from so many magnificent people ! Below are some photos taken of me and my booth. To see more photos of the event CLICK HERE.
Special shout out to my girls, my sisters, brother in law and niece for stopping by :o) LOVE you muchos !

I can not wait to get my hands on her sophomore book available on May 3rd. Cutrone's first book If You Have to Cry, Go Outside was very inspirational to me. I could not put it down and read it in two days. It taught me that no road is easy but with time and hard work I will be able to live the life I want to live. Her new book provides the tools to go down the path to go after what the reader wants .
