So on my way to one of my BFF's nieghborhood I came out of the subway on 149th and the Concourse. I waited for the light to change to cross the street. The light turned red and the cops went on a ticket giving spree. You know the "don't block the box law"? They Od'd. There were a good 7 traffic cops on that corner. When the light turned red they ran into the street and started giving out tickets as if they were giving out free food. 
OK , it is a law that you can not block the box, but is it necessary to have seven people in the corner? Bogus !
